Maintenance Committee

Purpose

Work with LBMC staff to prioritize responsibilities and projects in order to maintain and repair the LBMC properties, buildings, and equipment needed to support the LBMC community.

NATURE & SCOPE

• Provide oversight to the LBMC Maintenance staff

• Review current maintenance strategies and operations

• Evaluate maintenance resources and equipment for continued improvement

• Provide recommendations for new equipment purchases.

• Coordinate with the Natural Resources and the Buildings and Zoning Committee on lake workday projects.

• Develop maintenance budget objectives.
